TEST CENTRE
Registration and Processing
Fee
1 (a) Registration Fee (non-refundable)
for the approval of the Test Center is Rs.10,000/-
or as applicable from time to time, DD in favour
of “Apex eLearning Technologies
Pvt. Ltd.” Payable at Bangalore
(refundable in case the eLearning Point
is not approved after inspection).
(b) Processing cum Inspection fee is Rs.15,000/-
or as applicable from time to time, DD in favour
of “Apex eLearning technologies
Pvt. Ltd.” payable at Bangalore,
(non-refundable and non-adjustable) should be
enclosed with the Test Center Registration Form.
2 On receipt of the report of inspection team,
the deficiency (ies), if any, indicated in the
report shall be communicated to the Test Center.
If the applicant removes the deficiency (ies)
within the stipulated period as specified and
submits documentary evidence to the satisfaction
of the Online campus, supplemented by photographs
and CDs, the applicant will then be issued authorization
letter, subject to further inspection by the
Online Campus.
3. Test Center shall be again inspected by a
team as determined by the Online Campus and
if the deficiencies indicated in previous inspection
report are found to have been removed, a authorization
letter will be issued for a period of one year.
The Test Center will not be permitted to take
examination without having prior written approval
/ authorization from the Online Campus.
4. Notwithstanding any stand indicated hereinbefore
the event of rejection/ withdrawal of the request
made by the Test Center after issuance of authorization,
the concerned Test Center will have no claim
for refund of the deposits made.
Due Date of Renewal:
1. A Yearly renewal fee of Rs.10,000/- or as
applicable from time to time, should be deposited
by the Test Center to the Online Campus before
the due date of renewal as per details given
below:
While depositing the Renewal fee, it may also
be indicated that the latest developments which
have taken place from previous years may include
publicity material, photographs, and documents
showing the enhancement of Infrastructure, improved
labs, faculty of high standard, tie-up institutions
of the stream concerned and other measures taken
to enhance the security of examination, may
please be forwarded along with the Re-registration
Form and renewal fees.
In case of default by not paying inspection-cum-renewal
fee on time, following norms shall be adhered
to supplement the condition.
Within 30 days, an amount of Rs.1000/-will be
charged as penalty.
Within 60 days, an amount of Rs. 5000/- will
be charged as penalty.
After 60 days, no request for renewal shall
be entertained and the authorization shall stand
automatically cancelled.
Change
of Address
1. a) As per the rules, the Test Center can
neither be transferred nor sold / leased from
one body to the other. Change of premises of
the Test Center is not permissible outside the
city/town.
b) Change of
Address of the eLearning Point within the same
city is permissible on the following conditions:
- Submission of fresh Test Center Registration
Form (available on website) along with
relevant documents such ad reasons for change,
rent/lease agreement, new site plan, infrastructural
facilities available, list of faculties, photographs
& C.D. of new site.
- DD of Rs.15,000/- towards inspection of
the new address / premises.
