OUR CONCEPT

eLearning Program of UGC Recognized Universities is a online distance education program for the students all over the country wherein the education delivery is done through the network of eLearning Point (eLP) established as per the infrastructure norms of the University. The program offers latest in demand courses including M.Phil., MS, MBA, M.Sc. (IT), MCA, Hotel Management, and Paramedical Degree courses besides other diploma and degree programs in the fields of Information Technology, Biotechnology, Tourism, Management, Arts, Science and Commerce streams. We are associated with full-fledged Government University, which is recognised by Distance Education Council, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. It is a member of Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi and accredited by NAAC. The program has been designed as per the norms and guidelines of AICTE and nomenclature of the courses is as per guidelines of UGC.

The complete working model involves the following parties:

• University - Principal
• APEX eLearning Technologies - Learning Resource Provider
• Network Advisor (NA) - Marketing & Quality Control
• eLearning Point (eLP) - Education Delivery

The respective roles of the parties are as follows:

University

• Design and offer courses
• Standardize the infrastructure requirement
• Approve the syllabus and course material
• Lay down the eligibility criteria of the faculty & Students
• Lay down and implement all requisite norms
• Manage the examination process
• Establishment of examination Centres
• Prepare the results and awards

Obligations of APEX eLearning Technologies

• Coordinate with University for all purposes
• Develop and Maintain Learning Management System Software
• Develop and maintain University Website for eLearning Programme
• Arrange & Deliver prospectus, promotional material, course material, ID card, Roll Nos. etc.
• Management of all eLearning Point Network
• Formulate the marketing and advertisement campaign
• Conducting audits (Technical, MIS, Library and Financial Audits) of eLearning Points and Network Advisors.
• Document and Data Control
• Appoint Network Advisor
• Provides the complete feedback of the activities at eLearning Point in prescribed formats to the Coordinator for appropriate action
• Acts as a BPO & KPO

Obligation of Network Advisor (NA)

• Network Advisor is a Catalyst between the APEX and the eLearning Point.
• Execute the marketing and advertisement campaign
• Regional marketing for promotion of courses i.e. Seminars, Road Shows etc.
• Training of eLearning Point staff
• Maintenance and MIS of records of students
• Regular check to ensure timely completion of course
• Assist in counseling, local promotion and student enrolment process
• Visits the eLearning Point every quarter to inspect quality of delivery of education
• Assist in establishment and erecting of eLearning Point
• Assist in handling front end logistics
• Solve day-to-day problems of the eLearning Point, staff and students

Obligation of eLearning Point (eLP)

• Infrastructure as specified by APEX
• Faculty as specified by APEX
• Local marketing for promotion of courses
• Timely course completion
• Maintenance and MIS of records of students
• Designing of presentations, projects, assignments, and exams.
• Provide high speed Internet connection
• Conducting seminars and open house discussions from time to time
• Responsible for education delivery
