Management ensures that all the necessary resources to meet and exceed the requirements of our customers are provided and maintained. Management is committed to the use of our Quality Manual for all aspects of operations.
As of the management representative, the Manager or Quality Assurance is responsible for the setup, implementation and updating of the Quality System as stated in our Quality Manual. He or she reports to top management and maintains the authority necessary to implement the policy and its objectives.

The Manager of Quality Assurance, in consultation with Apex eLearning Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Staff, and/or ISO team members, may amend/update the Quality System at any time in accordance with ISO 9000 guidelines. We will accomplish this through an extensive quality assurance assessment of all our processes and procedures.
