TEST CENTRE
Guidelines for Payments
Immediately after the examinations are over
the Test Centre Administrator are required to
submit complete account and then send their
consolidated claim in the prescribed Performa’s.
Performa’s should be filled up neatly
and clearly and cutting, erasing and over writings
should be avoided.
Details of each activity may be written over
the back of Performa wherever required.
It should be clearly mentioned in the forwarding
letter, in whose name the cheque for the amount
claimed is to be prepared and sent, by intimating
the complete address.
Following details should be enclosed with the
application:
- Duly filled up Performa for claim of the
exam centre payment and signed by the Test
Centre Administrator. Mentioning the name
of the Test centre with office seal,
Revenue Sharing:
Apex eLearning Technologies will pay Rs.100/-
per student per examination for conducting online
examination to the Test Center or as applicable
from time to time.
Action
against Test Centre in case of violation of
rules/unfair means in examinations
In case of violation/deviation from the prescribed
norms/guidelines of APEX in the process of conducting
examinations, the following penalties can be
imposed by APEX on the Test Centre fixed as
online examination.
Financial penalties
- All due payment will be stopped.
- Suitable additional fine as decided by APEX
can be imposed.
- Recovery of the advance can be intimated,
through legal action.
Other Actions
- The institutions/eLearning Point will be
debarred from being fixed as a Test centre
in future.
- The matter may be reported to the concerned
Govt./Board for taking suitable action for
derecognizing/withdrawal of affiliation.
- The matter will be placed on record of all
public Examination Boards / Universities and
other sister organizations of APEX for taking
suitable action.
